In addition to that, fishes boast rich amount of iron and vitamins that cannot only help your hair health but also your skin and overall health.

 

5. Whole grain

 

Whole grain is rich in minerals like zinc and vitamins and iron. The minerals would regulate your bodily hormones that are directly linked with your hair growth and thickness. Include whole grain in your diet now if you seriously want to get healthy and shiny hair.
